Lexus wins JD Power for ninth year running

Lexus breaks it own record with a ninth straight win of the 2009 JD Power customer satisfaction awards...

Announced by WHAT CAR? magazine, the results revealed that Lexus enjoyed the top spot for both model and brand. Although, it has topped the model position previously, it had done so with the IS range, this year, it was drivers of the RX SUV series who voted themselves as the most satisfied customers.

Lexus has been unbeaten in the survey, viewed as the consumer barometer for provision of the best customer service, since 2001 when the marquee was first eligible for consideration.

Belinda Poole, Director of Lexus, said, “The message from these results is clear: the qualities of our products and the service we deliver to our customers have no equal. In nine years, none of our competitors has managed to improve its performance to a level where it matches, let alone exceeds the all-round rewards of Lexus ownership.

“We are extremely proud of what has been achieved by our network of Lexus Centres and are determined that we will continue to set the highest standards for customer satisfaction in the UK motor industry.”
